Your Data
You retain ownership of all mood entries, notes, and other content you create in the app. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Daily Hue and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
Limitation of Liability

App Store Terms
